Some pictures I've taken (of me and random things!)

Since I don't have a personal photo album to link to, I'll post pics I'm willing to share here.  We'll start with my eye makeup from today.  Ignore the redder parts around my eye, yesterday was stressful.  Hence why I had to wear makeup.  But I'm proud of the way my green smokey eye turned out--you can't see the shimmery white shadow I used to make it pop, but it's beautiful and lasted all day!

Easy peasy. The lighter color goes near the inner corner of your eye, to the middle of the eyelid. The darker one goes from the middle to the outer corner. And you blend 'em gently. Then I brushed shimmery white up to my brow bone.

You won't fail! As long as you don't try dark shadow in the crease, you'll be fine, I promise. It's easy!

Because I have awesome friends, who love me enough to send/give me things at Christmas, I'm going to brag on them a bit. They deserve it for supporting me, and putting up with my constant ideas and procrastination.

Most women carry a purse to work. Me? I commute 45 minutes, so I carry a backpack. Complete with a change of clothes, my wallet, snacks, an empty tumbler for drinks (oh the perks of being a convenience store clerk right now, mine are free!) and the charger cables for my phone and my iPod. And a couple comic books because well, sometimes I get bored.

She is side eyeing the hell out of you there. She is NOT pleased.

Sidenote, yes this is my living room. Yes that is one of four DVD shelves you see next to the TV. I collect movies and obscure TV shows that went off the air years ago.

Thank you! I love that--for a few minutes--I had the illusion of a private showing of Spider-man 2. I took that picture and literally five seconds later, I had a couple of smartass college kids come in and go "oops, sorry, no longer a private showing!"
